Jaguar XJC door window mounting frame and window lift spring.

The window has been added here to indicate how it fits to the frame.  The window is about one third of the way up.

This frame bolts to the inside of the door and supports the window as it moves up and down.

This spring assembly is an essential component and mounts to the frame shown above to help lift the window which is very heavy.  Without this “Tensator” spring the electric motor would not be able to raise the window.
